This heavy hitting weightlifting class is for the intermediate lifter, looking to expand beyond weightlifting 101, to a back and shoulder focused upper body lift class. The format structure (reps, sets, etc.) will change every class, however most movements will remain consistent with some variations. Starting off the semester beginner friendly, this class will slowly advance in difficulty as the semester progresses. This ensures that consistent attendees will be adequately challenged. Members can always use lighter weights, or ask for options/modifications, so do not let the difficulty deter you from hopping in at ANY point! Let’s put in some WORK and attack those backs!
Get ready to feel the burn during this total body sculpt class! Using weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, and other accessories to tone and shape the body from top to bottom. This fun, high energy, High Intensity Interval workout follows a circuit style, similar to F45. The goal of this class is to equip members with the endurance and knowledge to move into F45 in the future if they choose to do so. There will be a hip-hop themed playlist, combining songs from the 80s, 90s, early 00s, and current day. Come sweat it out to some heavy hitting hip-hop!

This beginner friendly class offers a full body weightlifting workout for any brand-new lifters. This will be a full body lift, typically following the same format structure every week. Movements will start very basic, and as the semester progresses, more challenging variations may be implemented. However, members will always have options for modification or progression of different movements to ensure everyone is adequately challenged, but still being safe! By the end of the semester, the instructor aims to take the class out into the weight room to apply their knowledge of different lifts, as well as to educate members on cable/stack mechanisms, and proper full size barbell usage (this will heavily depend on class size, and space availability).
