Tiffany Nabors, MAT, APR

Tiffany Nabors, MAT, APR, is the Internal Communications Manager at Encompass Health, where she leads multichannel communications strategy for nearly 44,000 employees nationwide.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has built a diverse background in journalism, public relations, and strategic communications. She began her career as a reporter covering education, features, and military affairs for newspapers including The Tuscaloosa News and Fort Benning’s The Bayonet. She also served as an adviser to media students at Methodist College in North Carolina.

After transitioning into public relations, Tiffany held positions with nonprofit organizations and corporations, including Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers in Georgia, YWCA Central Alabama, and VIVA HEALTH. Across these roles, she has led content development and community engagement initiatives, connecting with both internal and external audiences.

Tiffany holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Alabama and a master's degree in Teaching Language Arts from the University of West Alabama. She is passionate about giving back through volunteerism and board service, including seven years of service with the Alabama Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and her recent membership in the Birmingham Junior League.

She is also a graduate of Birmingham's Project Corporate Leadership and a returning presentation judge for the University of Alabama at Birmingham's annual Health Administration Case Competition.
