New International Students

After an I-20 is complete we cannot change the amount of the scholarship, nor the family funding that is shown on the I-20. Thank you for understanding our policy.
After an I-20 is complete we cannot change the major until you arrive at JSU and begin classes.

You are required to secure housing before you arrive in the United States.
Students are responsible for securing their housing before they arrive on campus.

International House and Programs offer FREE airport transportation to all JSU's international students only during the dates posted on our website to and from the Atlanta International Airport. Please see the dates of available service on the Travel page.

• New Transfer Out policy - We only do transfer out forms with an acceptance letter from the institution you are transferring to. We do not do preliminary transfer out letters and will only do one transfer out form.
