Title IV-E Child Welfare Stipend Program

The state’s Title IV-E Traineeship provides stipends to university students at Alabama higher education institutions to help create prospective child welfare workers and provide continuing educational opportunities for existing child welfare workers. Please view the fact sheet for additional information regarding program expectations and eligibility criteria. Interested students should complete and submit the application to TitleIV-E@ua.edu.
