Visitor Parking Information
Visitors' parking permit requests are now conveniently available through the online parking portal. To promote the upmost safety and security for the campus community, each visitor who parks a vehicle on campus, during normal business hours, must obtain a temporary visitor parking permit. Once the permit is requested and validated, visitors may park in any white-lined, legal parking space on Jax State property.
1 Day Visitor Parking Passes
- Campus visitors create an account through the online parking permit portal.
- The Parking Services team will validate the parking request.
- Visitor permits are valid only for the day they are validated for and expire at the end of that day.
- Visitor parking permits are conveniently issued online only and are not available in person.

- Create an account through the online portal.
- Select the visitor option.
- Following registration, your decal will be mailed to the address you provided.
Request 1 Year Visitor Parking Permit
Visitor/temporary parking requests are validated by the Parking Services team and are subject to review, based on the frequency and use of the visitor/temporary parking system. Misuse of the parking system may result in revocation of parking privileges.
