Instructions for Appealing a Parking Violation Online

If an individual believes that a citation was issued in error, they may petition for an online appeal within five days of the date the ticket was issued. Please go to MyJaxState and click the decal link to access the appeals form. Please ensure all required information is entered. For questions, please call Parking Services Office at 256-782-5566. Verdicts are final and binding.
