Campus Inn is one of the most popular upperclassmen apartment areas on campus. Located right across the street from Dillon Field and Burgess-Snow Field at AmFirst Stadium, it allows residents to be only steps away from many fun campus events and activities! Campus Inn offers both efficiency and one-bedroom apartment options.

Efficiency apartments consist of a living/bedroom combination, bathroom, and kitchenette with a range and refrigerator. One-bedroom apartments consist of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a range.

To live here, you must be a sophomore at the time of occupancy.

Laundry: Free-use machines with LaundryView available at Meehan Hall.

  • Efficiency: full-sized bed, a closet, a desk, a chair, dresser, includes all utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet)

College Apartments is located along Highway 21, across the street from the Theron Montgomery Building (TMB) and down the hill from Houston Cole Library.  

This apartment complex has one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments available. Requirements are sophomore status at the time of occupancy.

These apartments consist of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen with a refrigerator and range.

  • Eligibility: Rising 2nd Year status is required at the time of occupancy.

  • Layout: One and two-bedroom apartment floor plans featuring a living room, bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a range.

  • Amenities: Free-use laundry facility; high-speed Wi-Fi; and all-inclusive utilities (electricity, water, sewer, and trash).

  • Room Specs: Fully furnished; each bedroom includes one Full XL bed and dresser; living area includes a sofa and chair.

  • Rates:

    • One-Bedroom Unit: $3,060/semester.

    • Two-Bedroom Unit: $3,010/semester.

Mountain Street/Goodlett Avenue Homes are one of the new on-campus housing options for upperclassmen residents. Located on both Mountain Street NW and along Goodlett Avenue, these two-bedroom, two-bathroom units are fully furnished and feature all new appliances. Washer and dryer hookups are available if residents want to bring their own.

Penn House Apartments is situated in the western corner of campus, and it is within walking distance of Pete Matthews Coliseum, Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium, the Jax State Soccer Complex, and the Jax State Tennis Courts.

These apartments are one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. Requirements are sophomore status at the time of occupancy. These apartments consist of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen and with a refrigerator and range.

The Edge, a newly constructed apartment complex, located at 1838 Broadwell Mill Road, consists of the following amenities available to upper-class residents. Two bedroom/two-bathroom units are available for students. 

The Edge is a 12-month lease, lasting fall, spring, and summer semesters. Students who move into The Edge for the spring semester are also responsible for the summer semester. There is no meal plan requirement at The Edge. To learn more, check out our FAQs!

  • Partially furnished common area with a sofa
  • Partially furnished bedrooms with full-sized mattress/frame and dresser

The Gamecock Standard for West Village I

  • Location: Western gateway of campus near JAX State athletic facilities.

  • Contract Type: 12-month lease. Residents are financially responsible for the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms regardless of summer occupancy.

  • Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer; high-speed Wi-Fi; and all-inclusive utilities (electricity, water, sewer, and trash).

  • Kitchen & Appliances: Full kitchen featuring a refrigerator, range, oven, and dishwasher. Note: A microwave is not provided, though counter space is allocated; personal micro-fridges are strictly prohibited in individual bedrooms.

  • Room Specs: Private bedroom featuring one Full XL bed, two-drawer dresser, study desk, and chair.

  • Common Area: Furnished with a loveseat, two chairs, coffee table, end table, and media shelf.

  • Bathrooms: Private en-suite bathrooms, self-maintained by residents.

  • Rates:

    • 4-Bedroom Apartment: $3,900/semester/person

    • 2-Bedroom Apartment: $4,100/semester/person
