West Village FAQs
While both buildings are located in the same complex, the amenities differ slightly:

West Village I: Apartment-style units with Full XL beds, in-unit laundry, and a full kitchen (stove/oven).

West Village II: Suite-style units with Full XL beds, central laundry facilities, and a kitchenette (full-size fridge, no stove).

West Village I: No. These units feature a full kitchen (including a stove and oven), a residential diining plan is optional.

West Village II: Yes. These units are equipped with kitchenettes (no stove or oven), residents are required to purchase a residential dining plan.

West Village I: Private bedroom with a Full XL bed, dresser, desk, and chair. The living room includes soft seating and a coffee/end table. The kitchen includes barstools.

West Village II: Private bedroom with a Full XL bed, chest of drawers, desk, and chair.

West Village I: Yes. Units feature a full kitchen with a refrigerator, range/oven, and dishwasher.

West Village II: Units feature a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and counter space (no stove/oven).

Microwaves: Microwaves are not provided, but space is available in the kitchen/kitchenette for residents to bring one per unit (no higher than 700 watt units).

Mini-Fridges: Since full-size refrigerators are provided in every unit, personal mini-fridges are prohibited in individual bedrooms.

West Village I: Washer and dryer are included inside every apartment.

West Village II: A free-use laundry facility is located within the building.
Yes, but to protect the new paint/drywall:

Allowed: Push pins, tacks, and mounting putty.

NOT Allowed: Command Strips (they damage paint upon removal), LED strip lights with adhesive backing, or nails.
