Phase One

Phase One | Online Housing Application/Lease Agreement

START TIME: Sunday, February 1, 12:00 p.m.

END TIME: Sunday, February 8, 11:59 p.m.

The first step is the most important. If you want to live on campus again next year, you must complete Phase One during the allotted time frame. Phase One does not complete the entire process. Phase One is a prerequisite for the other phases of the Reapplication Process. 

1. Log onto THD Self Service using your MyJaxState username and password. 

2. Under "Applications & Forms," choose Current Resident Reapplication 2026-2027. Follow the prompts to submit your housing application/lease agreement for the 2026-2027 academic year.

*Note:The housing application/lease agreement lasts nine months (August 19, 2026 - April 27, 2027). 

• However, The Edge is a 12-month lease agreement, lasting fall 2025, spring 2026, and summer 2026. Residents are responsible for all three semesters and classes are not required in the summer. The Edge will no longer be available after summer 2026. The Edge lease ends on July 31, 2026. 
• West Village Building 100 is a 12-month lease agreement, lasting fall 2026, spring 2027, and summer 2027. West Village Building 200 is a nine-month lease agreement, lasting fall 2026 and spring 2027.
