Phase Displaced - Displaced Resident Room Selection

START TIME: Wednesday, February 11, 12:00 p.m. (noon)

END TIME: Wednesday, February 11, 11:59 p.m. 

Phase Displaced allows displaced residents of Campus Inn Efficiency, Campus Inn One Bedroom, College, Logan, Mountain Street/Goodlett Avenue, Penn House, Sparkman Hall, and The Edge to select available rooms. The available areas are:

• Colonial Arms
• Daugette
• Pannell
• Certain rooms of Logan, Meehan, or Patterson Halls may be eligible for selection. Contact Jax State Housing for more information. 
• West Village Buildings 100 and 200

*Note: West Village Building 100 is a 12 month lease agreement, lasting fall 2026, spring 2027, and summer 2027. Residents are responsible for all three semesters and classes are not required in the summer. West Village Building 200 is a nine-month lease agreement, lasting fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters.

By 12:00 p.m. on February 10, you will be given a selection time based on your Current Resident Reapplication submission date.

1. Log onto THD Self Service. 

2. Under "Room and Roommate Selection," choose "Select a Room or Suite." You will be able to view all empty spaces for which you are eligible. Select the one that is preferred by you and your roommate(s) if you selected a roommate during Phase Three. 

Only spaces still available at the time of your login will be listed online during Phase Displaced, including a new opportunity. More information coming soon. If you are paired with a roommate, when one of you selects a room, the other is automatically assigned to the same room. If you have an “unmatched” roommate request, you will not be able to select a room. The roommate request must be matched or withdrawn prior to selecting a room.
