Internships
The Emergency Management internship program is designed to provide students with opportunities to gain hands-on, real world experience in emergency management, under the supervision of seasoned professionals. The program is available at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and places students in a variety of emergency management field placement settings in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
IAEM Student Chapter
JSU has a student chapter of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). The mission of IAEM is to serve its members by providing information, networking and professional opportunities, and to advance the emergency management profession.
