Oral Arguments Begin: 10 am

Please note: No entry or exit will be permitted once arguments begin.

Students are required to pre-register for oral arguments. The deadline to pre-register is Thursday, September 12.

Special Lecture following Oral Arguments:

“Blackstone’s Commentaries and the Foundations of American Law,”
by Chief Justice Tom Parker, Alabama Supreme Court

Location: 11th floor, Houston Cole Library
Lecture Begins: 11:30 am

Please note: No entry or exit during the special lecture by the Chief Justice. You should plan to stay for the entire lecture, which will conclude by 12:25 p.m.

Lecture will be followed by a Q and A session.
This lecture will profile Sir William Blackstone’s influence on the American Founding and will be of interest to students considering law school.
The Lecture and Q and A will conclude by 12:25 p.m.
Light Refreshments will be provided.
Pre-Registration is Required to attend the Lecture.
