The Victory Center and Victory Workforce Development Services are dedicated to supporting veterans and/or spouses, reservists, and their families through a collaborative partnership with Jacksonville State University and community organizations. Together, we provide comprehensive mental and physical health services, training, support programming, and workforce development opportunities—including employment education, career training, and job assistance—to promote meaningful employment, long-term job sustainability, and overall well-being. Services are always free and there is no requirement to be enrolled at Jacksonville State University to access and receive services through either the Victory Center or Victory Workforce Development Services

Victory Workforce Development Services (VWDS) is a proud partner of the Department of Defense Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP).
