Title IX SPARC Training Course

The Title IX SPARC Training Course is an interactive course that consists of four unique modules that introduces the JSU community to our new Sex-Based Harassment and Misconduct Policy, explains the type of conduct that is prohibited on campus, resources available around the JSU campus, and empowers all students and employees to intervene if they see signs of prohibited conduct. The entire course is generally completed in less than one hour. Please contact JSU’s Title IX Coordinator at titleix@jsu.edu if you have any questions or if you need any additional information.

(If you have never successfully logged into the Canvas system before, you will need to log-in to Canvas for the first time. You will also need to make sure you can get into your GEM email account at all times, as that is where the email will go if/when you need to select "forgot password".)

Escalation Domestic Violence Prevention Workshop

The Escalation Workshop is a film-based discussion that opens people’s eyes to the warning signs of relationship abuse. The workshop consists of a film, Escalation, followed by a guided discussion led by a trained facilitator. If you are interested in scheduling a time to complete this workshop or you would like to make this workshop available to your group, class, or organization, please contact JSU’s Title IX Coordinator at titleix@jsu.edu.
