Leadership in Action Microcredential
Do you want to enhance your leadership abilities and earn a badge that showcases your achievement? The Division of Student Affairs at Jacksonville State University is excited to launch the Leadership in Action Microcredential Program! The “Leadership in Action” microcredential equips students with essential leadership skills across seven core competencies: Self-Reflection and Development, Global Citizenship, Ethical Decision-Making, Campus and Community Engagement, Collaborative Mindset, Effective Communication, and Group Development.
Through participation in a leadership workshop or online course, guided self-reflection, and a capstone project, students gain practical experience and demonstrate their ability to lead ethically and effectively in diverse settings. Upon successful completion of all components, a badge is awarded, recognizing the student’s readiness to contribute as a responsible and engaged global citizen.
