As part of the year-long commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the birth of our nation, the Jacksonville State University American Democracy Project, in partnership with the Judge Frank M. Johnson, Jr. Institute, will sponsor a special panel on the significance of the Declaration of Independence and recognition of 250 years of our republic as part of its annual Constitution & Citizenship Day programming.
