On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, all new students are invited to attend Campus Connect the day before classes start!

Schedule

4:00 p.m.

College Connections. Connect with Deans, faculty, and fellow students in your field of study. You will meet at your designated College/Department meeting location listed below.

5:00 p.m.

Peer Mentor Connection. Network with upper level students who can help you navigate college as a new student and show you how to get to Convocation.

6:00 p.m.

New Student Convocation. Join the President, Provost, faculty, staff, the SGA, and GO! Leaders as we kick off the new academic year with the ceremonial ringing of the bell.

7:00 p.m.

Campus Cookout. Connect with GO! Leaders, the SGA, and peers to celebrate the start of your college experience. Food and drinks will be provided.
