Fitness Programs

Hope your semester is going well!  Want to start exercising or stay active?  Join us for a group fitness class, and bring a friend!  Just drop in, as these classes are FREE to JSU students and employees, and offer a great variety of fitness workouts, styles, and levels.  Our group fitness instructors are here to help you get started!
