Greek Accreditation Programs are due February 13, 2023.

Listed in the table below are all of the documents you will need to fill out your GAP Report! Be sure to attach supporting documentation when required, and please upload those files to the appropriate form. Each file needs to be labeled like so: 2022 Greek Accreditation Program (Title of Documentation).
