Dr. Jessica Wiggins

Dr. Jessica Wiggins holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, Master of Educationin Professional Counseling, with a concentration in College Student Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts fromthe University of West Georgia.

Dr. Wiggins is an Alabama native and first joined Jax State’s staff in 2018 as Director of Financial Aid.She has worked progressively in higher education for over 15 years and her career has focused onstudent enrollment and retention. Jessica is passionate about helping students achieve their educationalgoals and believes in the transformative power of higher education.

The Vice President of Enrollment Management works with Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment,Graduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Veteran and Military Services.
