Prior Learning Assessment

The maximum hours allowed for non-traditional credit (AP, CLEP, Military, JST, etc.) shall not exceed 43 hours required for the degree. Evaluations of non-traditional credit will be given on a case-by-case basis. Nontraditional credit awarded by Jacksonville State University is not considered as resident credit, except for prior learning approved via Prior Learning Portfolio process used by the Integrated Studies program.
