Welcome to Marketing & Communications at Jacksonville State University. We are the first voice and image that many people experience when they interact with Jax State. Our work doesn’t just promote programs - it builds relationships, supports enrollment, advances fundraising, and reflects our core identity: The Friendliest Campus in the South.

Through our various departments, we offer marketing strategies and services including messaging and copy writing, research, graphic design, photography, use of social media outlets, and web services to increase Jax State’s branding and reputation, enrollment, and alumni engagement.
