Census
The census date marks the date which student enrollment is considered finalized and is the date that the Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness takes a “snapshot” of ALL student enrollment. This becomes the “official enrollment” that is used for state reporting. For Fall or Spring semester, the date will be the 15th class day. For Summer semester, the date will be the 3rd class day of the second part-of-term. (Summer II). Any adjustments to the Census Date must be approved by Cabinet based on recommendations from OIRE
