- Participants arrive in Paris at their leisure (no structured events this day)

| Wednesday, June 12, 2024 |
- Welcome Reception at host hotel (mid-morning) followed by lunch for the group
- Rest of the afternoon and evening are free time- we will provide suggestions for you to take advantage of for the afternoon/evening today and the next day
- Meeting space will be reserved at the hotel for informal gatherings during the day

- Dinner- Riverboat Dinner Cruise for the Reunion Gala Event
Bus transportation will be provided to and from the Gala Dinner event from the host hotelReunion Dinner Event

- Depart for home or extend your stay and enjoy more of Europe/France
