Dr. Teresa Gardner has more than 20 years of K-12 public school teaching experience in special education. From Jacksonville State University, she earned her B.S. in Secondary Education, and M.S., and Ed.S degrees in Special Education. She received a Ph.D. in Special Education with a major in Emotional Disturbance and doctoral minors in School Psychology and Educational Assessment from The University of Alabama. Dr. Gardner teaches a variety of graduate and undergraduate classes in collaborative teaching, and serves as the advisor for Alternative 5^th Year degree candidates in the area of collaborative teaching.
