By making a contribution to name a seat in the Randy Owen Center for the Performing Arts (“ROC”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Your payment constitutes a charitable donation to Jacksonville State University (“JSU”) in support of the Randy Owen Center and its programs.

Naming a seat does not grant ownership rights to the seat, nor does it guarantee ticket availability, priority seating, or admission to any performance, event, or activity held within the facility.

The named seat designation is a recognition opportunity only and does not confer any legal, financial, or usage rights to the donor.

All seat naming contributions are non-refundable and will be used to support the mission, operations, and programming of the Randy Owen Center.

JSU reserves the right to modify, relocate, or replace seats as necessary for operational or maintenance purposes.
