8/26/2024 Zeros appear in the gradebook after an instructor completes a course copy/import. How to prevent the problem from occuring, and how to resolve it if the issue has already occurred. 
8/27/2024 Screencast-O-Matic does not appear as an option for students using a Google Chromebook Download the Screencast-O-Matic (ScreenPal) app from the Google Play Store. (Chromebooks are not recommended devices at JSU. Learn more about JSU's laptop policy.)
