Jessica Coe Lockhart, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, FNP-C is an Assistant Professor at Jacksonville State University. She currently teaches courses within the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program as well as the Family Nurse Practitioner program. With ten years of professional nursing practice, she has extensive experience within primary care, urgent care, and emergency room settings. Currently Dr. Lockhart maintains faculty practice within an urgent care setting and also serves as clinical coordinator for FNP students at Jacksonville State University. Dr. Lockhart is also a member of the American Nurses Association, the Alabama State Nurses Association, the Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama, the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing. She maintains dual board certifications from the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Alabama and Tennessee.
