About Jax State Esports
At Jax State Esports, our mission is to provide a competitive and inclusive platform for students to pursue their passion for esports, both in front of and behind the scenes. We aim to build a community of dedicated student-athletes and production professionals who excel in both their chosen games and the production of esports events. Through our program, we promote values such as discipline, resilience, and camaraderie, preparing our students for success in the competitive world of esports and the dynamic field of esports production.
We're Looking for the Following Production Roles
- Broadcast Producer/Director - This role is responsible for producing and directing live broadcasts of esports events. They manage camera crews, graphics, and streaming technology.
- On-air Talent: Host/Casters/Commentators/Game Analyst - provide live commentary during esports matches, adding excitement and analysis for viewers.
- Graphic Designer - Designers create graphics, overlays, and other visual elements for broadcasts and promotional materials.
- Video Editor - Editors work on post-production tasks, including highlight reels and promotional videos.
- Social Media Manager - Managers handle the university's esports social media presence, promoting events and engaging with the esports community.
- Esports Analyst - Analysts review gameplay footage and statistics to provide teams with insights and strategic recommendations.

No specific qualifications are necessary; we're looking for individuals who are passionate and eager to contribute to our esports community.
