Fitness Programs

Come check out our new Functional Fitness workout area!  Now there is space to do your abs, stretching, or core workout, along with mats, stability balls, foam rollers, and medicine balls.  Located just off the cardio area, the existing strength machines have been reorganized to create more room for more exercises! 

Find a group fitness class to try!  Just drop in, as these classes are FREE to JSU students and employees, and offer a great variety of fitness workouts, styles, and levels.  Our group fitness instructors are here to help you get started!

Want to walk or run on campus?  Several routes are available, in addition to the Chief Ladiga Trail.
