Fitness Programs

It's summer time and we are open!  Find a group fitness class to try!  Just drop in, as these classes are FREE to JSU students and employees, and offer a great variety of fitness workouts, styles, and levels.  Our group fitness instructors are here to help you get started!

Want to walk or run on campus?  Several routes are available, in addition to the Chief Ladiga Trail.
