Mrs. Christine Franklin is the Victory Workforce Development Services, Specialist. She is a 3rd generation military member and now a Veteran of the United States Airforce.Working as The Victory Workforce Development Services, Specialist, I get to utilize my skills and knowledge from my military experience but also my heart in order to help Veterans and their spouses get back into the workforce. The Victory Workforce Development Services (VWDS) provides career readiness, employment education training, workshops, resume writing assistance, educational, peer-support and all other essential community-based needs for veterans and their spouses.
The Victory Workforce Development Services serves as the bridge between professional development workforce services and essential community resources. As the workforce development specialist, I direct referrals for career readiness, training, workshops, resume writing assistance, educational, peer-support and all other essential community-based needs for veterans and their spouses. I also manage referral partnerships by continuous engagement post-referral, ensuring the provision of quality care, training and career preparation for veterans and their spouses.
The United States Military holds a special place in my heart, and I take great pride in honoring my fellow soldiers. My goal for the Victory Workforce is to help as many veterans and their spouses as possible and change the lives of everyone that walks through my door. Being a part of a mission this big means a lot to me. One Team, One Fight!
