How to Purchase Tickets for JSU Theatre & Film Productions

  1. Go to the Official Ticketing Website
  2. Select the Show You Want to Attend
    • Click the title of the production (for example, Pinocchio and the Tiny Pink Monkey).
    • You’ll see all available performance dates and times.
  3. Choose Your Performance Date & Time
    • Select the performance you want.
    • The next screen will load available seating options.
  4. Pick Your Seats
    • If the event has reserved seating:
      • Click on the map to choose your actual seat(s).
    • If the event is general admission:
      • Add the number of tickets you want.
  5. Add Tickets to Your Cart
    • Click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Tickets” (wording may vary).
    • Your selected tickets will appear in your shopping cart.
  6. Log In or Create an Account
    • If you already have an account, sign in.
    • If you don’t:
      • Create a new account using your email.
      • JSU students and employees must log in using their GEM account to receive free admission (RSVP required). [jsu.edu]
  7. Review Your Order
    • Make sure your seats, date, and quantity are correct.
    • Some productions may include small ticketing fees.
  8. Enter Payment Information
    • Enter your credit/debit card details.
    • Confirm billing information.
  9. Complete the Purchase
    • Click “Place Order” or “Complete Purchase.”
    • You’ll get a confirmation page and an email with your tickets.
  10. Access or Print Your Tickets
    • Your confirmation email will include:
      • A link to download and print your tickets, or
      • Add your tickets to your Google Wallet. You will receive a QR code for each ticket purchased.
    • All tickets will be scanned as you enter the theatre.
