How to Purchase Tickets for JSU Theatre & Film Productions
- Go to the Official Ticketing Website
- Select the Show You Want to Attend
- Click the title of the production (for example, Pinocchio and the Tiny Pink Monkey).
- You’ll see all available performance dates and times.
- Choose Your Performance Date & Time
- Select the performance you want.
- The next screen will load available seating options.
- Pick Your Seats
- If the event has reserved seating:
- Click on the map to choose your actual seat(s).
- If the event is general admission:
- Add the number of tickets you want.
- If the event has reserved seating:
- Add Tickets to Your Cart
- Click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Tickets” (wording may vary).
- Your selected tickets will appear in your shopping cart.
- Log In or Create an Account
- If you already have an account, sign in.
- If you don’t:
- Create a new account using your email.
- JSU students and employees must log in using their GEM account to receive free admission (RSVP required). [jsu.edu]
- Review Your Order
- Make sure your seats, date, and quantity are correct.
- Some productions may include small ticketing fees.
- Enter Payment Information
- Enter your credit/debit card details.
- Confirm billing information.
- Complete the Purchase
- Click “Place Order” or “Complete Purchase.”
- You’ll get a confirmation page and an email with your tickets.
- Access or Print Your Tickets
- Your confirmation email will include:
- A link to download and print your tickets, or
- Add your tickets to your Google Wallet. You will receive a QR code for each ticket purchased.
- All tickets will be scanned as you enter the theatre.
