Aleah S. Brock, PhD, CCC-SLP is an associate professor and the program director for speech-language pathology at Jax State. She has 11 years of experience in higher education, serving in both clinical and academic faculty positions. In addition to her career in higher education, Dr. Brock has worked as a speech-language pathologist across a variety of settings, including the Georgia School for the Deaf, hospital acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, private practice, early intervention, and home healthcare.

Dr. Brock is active in the profession. Over the years, she has served in various service and leadership roles such as journal editorial boards, state and national committees, and local civic clubs.

Dr. Brock's research interest centers around early language acquisition in children who are deaf or hard of hearing. She also has a passion for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). She is passionate about contributing to the field of speech-language pathology by helping to grow future clinicians.
