Emily is an administrative professional with almost 15 years of experience in many fields and began her journey in higher education at JSU in March of 2021, in the Office of Financial Aid. She moved from Student Affairs to Academic Affairs to the Office of Accreditation, Certification, and Partnerships in March of 2024. She is committed to exemplifying JSU's Friendliest Campus in the South moniker and finds professional fulfillment in higher education of her life's passion- helping and serving people. Outside of JSU, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey, their two daughters, Hannah and Sophia, and their family’s two cats, Loki and Dobby.
