Matthew Rosser serves as Director of the Center for Manufacturing Support (CMS) at Jacksonville State University, where he leads initiatives in advanced manufacturing, robotics, and additive technologies. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and robotics integration, Mr. Rosser has guided CMS to become a regional hub for innovation, research, and workforce development. Under his leadership, the Center has expanded its capabilities through multimillion-dollar investments in additive manufacturing, automation, and metrology laboratories.

Mr. Rosser holds a Master of Science in Intelligent Robotic Systems from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Leadership from Jacksonville State University. He is a certified instructor for FANUC and Universal Robots systems and a Markforged Certified Additive Expert. Through his work at JSU, Mr. Rosser continues to build strong partnerships between academia and industry, empowering manufacturers and preparing the next generation of skilled engineers.
