Connor Mockabee
Engineering Support Staff, Center for Manufacturing Support
Connor Mockabee is a student assistant at Jacksonville State University’s Center for Manufacturing Support (CMS), where he primarily supports operations at the Automation Hub. He is certified in FANUC HandlingTool Operations and Programming, Universal Robots (UR) Core Training, and FANUC CRX Collaborative Robot Operations, giving him a strong foundation in industrial robotics and automation.
Connor assists CMS engineers during industry training sessions and assists with maintaining and upgrading the Hub’s robotic training cells. He also works to keep the robotic cells current on their software and assists with designing custom hardware designed and produced in the CMS 3D Print Lab, to enhance training capabilities and support hands-on learning for both students and industry professionals.
