Antonio Bonner - The TV Mount Men

It all started in 2019 with an idea and a skillset that led Antonio Bonner to begin his business, The TV Mount Men, which now serves customers across Metro Atlanta. With classes in business management at Jax State from 2006 to 2011, Bonner said he wanted to take a chance on entrepreneurship.
“I always had the mindset of wanting to build something of my own and create opportunities not only for myself, but eventually for others as well,” Bonner said. “We are a family-owned business that was built from the ground up with hard work and consistency.”
The TV Mount Men help customers create clean and modern entertainment spaces that fit their home and lifestyle. They specialize in professional TV mounting and home entertainment installations. The company offers soundbar mounting, in-wall wire concealment, outlet installation, home theater setups, and outdoor patio TV installations.
“We stand behind our work with a workmanship guarantee and take pride in treating every home like it’s our own,” Bonner said. “What started as just an idea has now grown into a company with five employees, and that growth means a lot to me because it shows what can happen when you stay committed to your vision.”
Bonner said he wants every customer to experience professionalism, honesty, and great customer service from start to finish. The TV Mount Men pride themselves on being friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
“Whether it’s a simple TV installation or a custom fireplace setup, we want customers to feel confident that they’re working with a team that truly cares about quality and making sure the job is done right,” Bonner said.

“If you’re planning to install a TV outside, make sure you use the proper outdoor-rated equipment and mounts that can handle weather and temperature changes,” Bonner said. “I also recommend planning for shade placement and glare reduction so you get the best viewing experience. Whether it’s for football season, family gatherings, or relaxing outdoors, investing in a professionally installed outdoor setup can really transform your space.”
Bonner said the most rewarding aspects of his professional journey have been having the freedom to live and work on his own schedule while building something that is a source of pride. The desire for financial freedom and stability for his family has been another driving force behind his career. Bonner said it is rewarding to know that he took a risk and, in turn, created a successful business that continues to grow.
“Jax State helped shape me both personally and professionally,” Bonner said, “It taught me organizational skills, leadership, discipline, and the importance of giving my all in everything I do. It also gave me confidence in myself and showed me the value of teamwork, consistency, and believing in your abilities.”
Bonner said his time at Jax State was an experience that he will always appreciate. He met a lot of great people, learned valuable life lessons, and created memories that will stay with him forever.
“I was inspired to attend Jax State because of Coach Ross and Coach Stewart. I was offered a full scholarship to play football, and I saw it as a great opportunity to continue my education while competing at a high level in athletics,” Bonner said. “Being a Gamecock means a lot to me because it’s part of my journey and growth as both a person and a professional. I’m proud to say I’m a Gamecock.”
He encourages students to stay committed to the ideas that they believe in.
“The entrepreneurship journey is not always easy, but when you find something you truly believe in and stay committed to it, everything begins to align. There will be challenges and setbacks, but consistency, faith, and hard work make a huge difference. Believe in yourself, stay patient through the process, and never be afraid to take a chance on your vision,” Bonner said.
