GENERAL INFORMATION

Located in 119 Ayers Hall and as part of the College of Arts and Sciences, the Department of Mathematical, Computing, and Information Sciences (MCIS) offers undergraduate degrees (B.S.) in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Computer Information Systems. In addition, we also offer graduate degrees (M.S.) in Mathematics and Computer Systems and Software Design.

ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES

The Major Field Test (MFT), Senior Exit Survey, and Senior Exit Interviews are administered to graduating seniors in computer science and mathematics each fall and spring semester. In addition, we administer an alumnus questionnaire specific to our fields, which accompanies the University alumni questionnaire.
