- JSU provides two (2) times annual salary up to a maximum of $300,000 at no cost to the employee.
- Employees can purchase an additional voluntary life insurance.
- Coverage becomes effective the first of the month after hired.
- Dependent Life is available for spouse and eligible dependents.
- Administered through OneAmerica
Disability Insurance
- Provided to all full-time employees after one year of full-time employment at no cost.
- There is a 6-month elimination period before benefits start, if approved.
- Pays 60% of gross monthly earnings up until age 65 or no longer deemed disabled.
- Administered through OneAmerica
