November 19, 2025	Electronic final approval forms with all signatures due to the Graduate Studies.
December 1, 2025	Final Graduate School approval and Digital Commons instructions sent to student.
December 5, 2025	Deadline for final approved documents to be submitted to Digital Commons.

February 18, 2026	1st submission of completed draft due to Graduate Studies.
