Reservation Information

Reservation Deposit

This non-refundable deposit must be paid within 14 days of online reservation request being submitted. Registration deposit goes towards total camp fee.

Non-Athletic Internal Camps

$100 (will serve as seed money for the camp)

Athletic Internal Camps

Must maintain a minimum account balance of $1000

External Camps

$500

Initial Payment (Non-Athletic Internal/External Camps and Conferences)

All external camps/conferences will be required to pre-pay 50% of the total estimated cost associated with hosting their camp/conference at Jacksonville State University. The 50% must be received, along with the signed Terms and Conditions Agreement by the Office of Conference and Support Operations no later than 60 days prior to the check in/start date of the camp/conference.

Final Payment (Non-Athletic Internal/External Camps and Conferences)

All final payments must be received by the Office of Conference and Support Operations 30 days prior to the arrival date of the camp/conference to avoid any late fees. If final payment is not received  30 days prior to the arrival date of the camp/conference, there will be a 5% late fee added to the final payment due.

Administrative Fee (Internal/External Camps and Conferences)

The administrative fee that each camp and conference must pay will cover the facility reservation, parking, WiFi, and registration logistics; however, it will not cover the use of any services that the University Recreation Center provides. If your camp plans to use the facilities from UREC, please inform us so that we may be able to provide you a quote for the cost to use their facility.
