AIL 200 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy

An introduction to the foundations of AI, how to apply it, and how to evaluate its output. The social and ethical impacts of AI as a current and emerging technology will be considered while building a responsible AI culture academically and professionally.

Ready to Try It? Here's how:

The JSU Try It course is open to prospective students who have earned a high school diploma or GED and are considering seeking a bachelor's degree. Students can apply for free using the below instructions:

  1. Apply as an undergraduate Non-Degree Seeking student
  2. Email enroll@jsu.edu with the subject line "Try It" to request the application fee waiver code. This code is only available for those applying as a non-degree seeking student for the purposes of taking the Try It course.
  3. If you have previously attended another college or university, send official transcripts from the last institution attended.
  4. If you have not previously attended another college or university, send official high school transcripts or official GED score report.
