Go Against the Grain at Wellness Wednesday


Gluten-free doesn't have to mean flavor-free. Come dine on a healthy, gluten-free lunch while learning everything you need to know about the gluten-free diet at this month's Wellness Wednesday presented by the Department of Kinesiology. The Asian-themed healthy menu will include egg-drop soup, pork and pepper stirfry, edamame and Asian Bosc  pears. Join us this Wednesday, March 8, 12-1 p.m., in East Mason Hall, Room 118. The cost is $5 for students and $7 for faculty/staff. Takeout will be available for those who can't stay. Reservations are suggested. Call 256-782-5054 to save your spot.
