Internet Service Provider Issues Cause Network Crawl


Due to ongoing network issues with our primary Internet service provider (ISP), the JSU Department of Information Technology has moved all campus Internet connectivity to our secondary ISP as we work towards a resolution. The result of this temporary change is significantly slower Internet speed resulting from the reduction in bandwidth available through the secondary ISP connection. Our service provider is working arduously to identify and fix these issues that are impacting all of their customers. We appreciate your patience as they work towards a resolution.
