JSU to Offer Summer Camps for Kids

The K-12 school year is drawing to a close and, in just a few short weeks, the whines of “I’m bored!” will start echoing throughout area homes. Get the kids off the couch and unplugged from their electronic devices this summer by signing them up for one of the many camp programs hosted by JSU.
SPORTS CAMPS
Baseball Team Camp 1:
June 13-16, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., $285 per player (minimum of 13 players per team)
Baseball Team Camp 2:
June 16-19, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., $285 per player (minimum of 13 players per team)
Baseball Summer Youth Camp (ages 7-14):
June 6-9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $170 per child
Girls’ Basketball Elite Overnight Camp (grades 8-12):
June 24-25, 6-3:30 p.m., $115 per child
Girls’ Basketball Individual Camp (grades 2-12):
June 6-June 9, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., $90 per child
Girls’ Basketball Shooting Camp (grades 2-12):
June 20-22, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., $75 per child
Girls’ Basketball Team Play Date:
June 16-18, 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., $260 per child
Soccer Day Camp (ages 5-12 years):
July 5-July 8, 8-11:30 a.m., $80 per child
Soccer College I.D. Camp (grades 8-12):
July 9, 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., $50 per child
Softball Hitting Camp (grades 6-12):
June 13-14, 1:30-4:30 p.m., $105 per child
Softball Hitting Camp (grades K-5):
June 13-14, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., $105 per child
Softball Prospect Camp (grades 9-12):
June 20-21, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $155 per child
Softball Skills Camp (grades K-8):

Volleyball Developmental Skills Camp (grades 8 and below):

Volleyball General Skills Camp (grades 8 and up):
July 7-8, 1-4 p.m., $100 per child
Volleyball Hitting Clinic (all ages):
July 13, 6-8 p.m., $40 per child
Volleyball Serve and Pass Clinic (all ages):
July 11, 6-8 p.m., $40 per child
Volleyball Setting Clinic (all ages):
July 12, 6-8 p.m., $40 per child
Volleyball Team Camp:
July 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $150 per child

JSU Drama Camp 2016 (ages 8-16 years):

Canyon Center Creative Kids Days: Adventures in Nature (ages 5-10):
June 8, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Canyon Bugs and Plants; June 22, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m, Canyon Culture and Heritage; July 13, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Canyon Wildlife. Each event is $5 per child.
