Retired Business Professor George Trivoli Passes Away

Dr. George Trivoli, retired eminent scholar for the JSU College of Commerce and Business Administration, died on August 12 in Bradenton, Florida. He was 81 years old. Born in Pittsburgh, the U.S. Army veteran earned a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia. After a distiguished career as a college professor, he retired from JSU in 1998.
A memorial mass will be held on August 19, 1 p.m., at the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Bradenton. JSU offers its condolences to the Trivoli family and honors Dr. Trivoli's service to the university.
