State Political Experts to Gather at JSU on March 6-7

Some of the state’s top political experts will gather on JSU’s campus on March 6-7 for the annual meeting of the Alabama Political Science Association. Topics of discussion will include the general fund shortage, prison overcrowding, the Alabama Legislature, minority politics, polling results, elections, and more. Academic Panels will run March 6, 1-2:30 p.m. and 2:45-4:15 p.m., and March 7, 9-10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The public is welcome to sit in on panel discussions.
