Employees: Get Your PEEHIP Wellness Waiver Before May 31

All JSU employees and their spouses enrolled in PEEHIP must complete the Wellness Premium Waiver by May 31 to avoid a $50 monthly premium taking effect in October - that’s a savings of $600/year, or $1,200 per couple.

To qualify for the waiver, employees on PEEHIP and their covered spouses must each:

• Complete the Health Questionnaire online or by phone at 855-294-6580.
• Complete a Wellness Screening, which has two options: 1.) Have your physician complete the Healthcare Provider Screening Form. Co-pays apply, unless using your one free annual checkup; or 2.) Participate in a free Wellness Screening on campus. Provided by the Calhoun County Health Department, the process takes 15-30 minutes and consists of weighing, measurements, and a simple finger prick to assess your cholesterol, blood glucose, etc.

For those who choose to complete the on-campus screening, the remaining screening dates are available:
