JSU Professor Working on New Medical Malpractice Title

Professor Benjamin A. Hardy of the Jacksonville State University College of Commerce and Business Administration, right, and co-author Assistant U.S. Attorney Jack Hood, left, recently met with their publisher, Thomson Reuters, in Rochester, N.Y. to discuss their legal treatises and the future of legal writing.  The pair have published numerous works in the areas of workers' compensation and employment law and have been offered a book in the area of medical malpractice.
